Take 5 Oil Change

Young man was very polite and attentive. He explained in detail the three options of the oil change offers. He offered me water when i arrived since it was around 3:30 and very hot. He also showed me of my air filter, I don’t think it had ever been changed. I agreed to have it replaced. As i was leaving he noticed my air conditioning was not blowing air properly. He offered me another water. I will for sure return in March when i’m due for another change.

Big thanks to Pedro for his excellent customer service and knowledgeable skills. He was very nice, helpful and patiently explained to me everything he was doing to my vehicle. Coming from a person that knows absolutely nothing about cars I really appreciate his help! Plus the whole service was quick! 100% recommend Take 5!!!

This was the first time I’d used Take 5 for an oil change. Some of the best customer service I have experienced. They greeted me and offered me water. The car service was done quickly AND checked and verified that it was done right. The manager and J Hugo were awesome.

As a women it can be very nerve wrecking having to take their car in for service. These fellas made me feel so comfortable! A huge shout out to Jose Hugo, Samuel and Memo!! You all were very kind and genuine. I will definitely be going back!! ♥️
